題目: Generalized Farey Trees, Transfer Operators and Phase Transitions
Abstract:
We consider a family of maps on the unit interval,
interpolating between the tent map and the Farey map. The latter map
is not uniformly expanding. Each map being composed of two
fractional linear transformations, the family generalizes many
particular properties which for the case of the Farey map have been
successfully exploited in number theory. We analyze the dynamics
through the spectral analysis of generalized transfer operators.
Application of the thermodynamic formalism to the family reveals
first and second order phase transitions and unusual properties like
positivity of the interaction function.

題目: On the absolute continuitious spectrum of Stark operator perturbed by decaying potentials
概略: For Shroedinger operators of the form H y = - y'' - x y + q(x) y on the positive semiaxes with decaying potential q(x),the absolutely continuous spectrum is studied. Preservation of the absolutely continuous spectrum of the operator H with weak assumptions on the potential q(x) was prooved by considering a priori estimate for the Weil function

題目: The Fermi Golden Rule: Degenerate Eigenvalues
概略: Consider a Schroedinger operator with a finitely degenerate eigenvalue
embedded in the continuum proper. We describe the resonance behavior of
the time evolution under small perturbations. We obtain optimal error estimates with
respect to the coupling constant. Joint work with G. Nencku, Bucharest.
